Hello Gainesville Families,
We first want to thank you for all your support during these times. We are extremely thankful to be able to continue services this year! We know kids are in much need of exercise, socialization, and FUN! Please read below for our plan moving forward, and know we will continue to update this page as we proceed.
We continue to monitor this pandemic and are staying updated with the CDC, the county and Governor's recommendations.
We will be operating at 50% capacity to ensure smaller class sizes and to limit exposure and spread.
We will resume with daily temperature checks, frequent hand-washing and sanitization of the academy. Families that were with us after Alachua's school closures can attest to the high level of cleanliness and sanitization we maintained on a daily basis. We are well stocked with cleaning supplies and are ready to continue this high standard.
We will be educating our students on germ spread, proper sneezing and coughing safety, hand washing, and awareness.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES
To limit exposure campers can be safely dropped off at the door and picked up by having staff take them outside to their car. Children who are not registered for camp will not be permitted to enter the academy.
Thank you for all your understanding and patience with all of these updates. We are trying our very best to provide excellent programming with the utmost safety. Please continue to visit this page for updates, and as always please contact us with any questions or concerns.
